Mekanism Steel Removal from TFMG

Mekanism has extremely early-game steel, and Create: The Factory Must Grow adds very overpowered tools armor, and other stuff made out of `forge:ingots/steel`. Do you see the problem?

You can bypass the super complicated pipeline for making TFMG steel and simply use Mekanism steel made from 2 coal and an iron to get armor better than diamond.

This datapack fixes this by making every TFMG recipe require TFMG steel instead of steel ingots from any mod
