Commands

- `/pep reload` Reloads the configuration file (admin only)

Permissions

- `pep.use` Allows players to experience the new bounce physics when throwing Ender Pearls (Without this permission, pearls behave like vanilla)

- `pep.reload` Allows use of the `/pep reload` command
