Portal Datapack

The datapack implements simple teleportation function of portals in Portal.

Develop in 1.21.11 and do not ensure the compatibility for older versions.

Features

* Portal Gun - use `function portal_gun:give` to give a portal gun. - Right click and left click to create portals. * Portals - Entities go through one portal and will appear at another portal with momentum!
