PvP particles

Most particles will have a yellow background. The only exceptions are : - Strength (orange) - Slowness (greenish) - Regeneration (red) - Weakness (dark greenish) - Luck (green) - Fire resistance (orange) - Water breathing (green) - Swiftness (flashy green) - Poison (greenish)

Every other potion effect are yellow tints.
