RA: Datapacks and Mods

This modpack is the first in a series called "Random Assortment" where you can probably guess, there will be a pretty random assortment of mods (and in this case datapacks) with a specific theme.

A few of the features in this: 1. New flower pots! (A few of the features in this:) 2. %%MD1%% for performance, %%MD2%% for shaders, and other mods like those! 3. A new item list like JEI (%%MD3%%) 4. And many, many more. You can play to find out what!
