Tears of the Nether

Makes nether portals require crying obsidian to be lit. Makes ruined portals more valuable.

Nether portal opening successfully

Regular portals won't work no more and will explode if you try to open one. Crying obsidian is now needed to lit one, and will be consumed on use.

Makes exploration more rewarding. I added some particles to the whole "portal opening" part
