Bulk blasting

Allows smelting raw iron, gold, and copper blocks into their respective ingot block forms in a blast furnace. Using the blast furnace is slightly more fuel efficient, as smelting each block uses 8 smelts worth of fuel but produces 9 ingots. Also adds blasting recipes for stone and glass, since those are blocks that are often needed in large quantities.
