Let Create Enchanting Industry Liquid Xp work with other mods

This Datapack adds the ``forge: experience`` tag to the Liquid Experience in Create Enchantment Industry.

This Datapack currently only works for 1.20 and 1.20.1,

If you need a different version feel free to go into the code to change 1 number. How to do that (look for "Data pack formats")
