Clean Redstone - rails and minecarts

Description
This resource pack gives a clean look to rails and minecarts. It is intended to be used in combination with my other packs clean look and %%MD1%%, but it also works fine without them.
The affected blocks and entities are: - rails - powered rails - detector rails - activator rails - all types of minecarts
How to install
After downloading the resource pack, go to Done and click the Done button, or open `%appdata%.minecraftresourcepacks` directly. Put the resource pack in this folder. It should then show up under Done. Click the arrow to switch it to the Done tab and click Done. That's it, the pack should now be installed properly.
