I took this datapack by EpicBuilderHD on PlanetMinecraft - which starts you off with a tiny world border, and expands it every time you gain an experience level - and used the new logic present in my mod Cobblemon Counter to tweak it and make the world border grow every time you capture a new Pokemon.

Requires Cobblemon and the Cobblemon Counter side mod
