CTM-ifies some modern GT textures. (batteries included)

Everthing that's been given CTM *should* be in the gallery*, if something is missing, please contact me on discord**.

*there are extra textures for LV and MV machine casings that were scrapped but still exist, you can reenable them by removing the .disabled from their filenames.
