Allows you to turn your chat into the Console.

Commands:

- /console: toggle between console and chat (while in Consolemode you can still execute /commands normally) - /console {Command}: Executes command in console and gets console output for 1 sec after executing command.

Permissions:

- ConsoleUser.console: /console
