How to build it myself?

0. Make sure you have java and gradle installed 1. Clone the repository 2. Run `gradle build` in the project directory 3. The plugin jar will be located in `build/libs/` 4. Copy the jar file to your server's plugins directory and start the server

Make sure to restart the server after replacing the plugin jar file to apply the changes. - Q: Why don't you use a config file to set the default drop rate of elytra? - A: I want to keep the plugin simple and lightweight, and I think it's not necessary to use a config file for just one setting. However, if there are enough requests for this feature, I may consider adding it in the future.
