Elytra Protection Enchants

This datapack adds Chestplate Enchantable functionality to elytras, allowing you to enchant them like you would any other piece of armor. Because of the new tag system this should be automatically compatible with any mod that adds new chestplate enchants, as it adds elytra to the armor group.
