EnchantedMC QoL

This is a modpack constructed by _Rsms__ for _play.enchantedmc.net_

It has a lot of QoL features. And fixes a lot of lag issues on the server related to light updates, and enchant procs.

This is a modpack constructed generally for %%MD0%% players. But feel free to use it and modify it to your liking and use it on any server you like. I USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! support the use of this modpack on any public servers which do not allow these kind of mods. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

ChatCalc needs some configuration before usuable for chat games. You need to type in chat ```decimal_format=#0.##``` and press tab, it will remove commas from the output. And make it work for math chat games. And to use the mod, you just type in E.g. ```100+200``` and press tab and it will output to ```300``` directly into chat.
