Enchantments Overload

The Enchantments Overload data pack provides various modifications to vanilla enchantments: - Reduced the experience cost range for all enchantments in the enchantment table. - Enhanced some enchantments. - The cost of all enchanted anvils, except the treasure enchantment, has been reduced by 50%.

(BUGS:MC-271663 Enchants not working properly) shows that Sharpness, Smite, and Banes of Arthropods do not give extra damage but instead reduce the damage done with weapons. I've created a specific version that can fix that problem, just use it in 24w18a.)
