Sprinting allows you to treat air like blocks, allowing you to run on nothing, and pass through blocks.

Your use of Spectral Steps is gradually decreases your Spook, and it increases when you stop sprinting. Your sprinting speed correlates how little Spook you have, faster when at higher amounts, and slower when at lower amounts.

You take no fall damage while sprinting.

You take double damage from projectiles, and you lose Spook based on the damage took when sprinting.

You are extremely slippery on the ground, and much slower while not sprinting.
