Fabric Mod Viability Test Pack

This is a modpack with a focus on a bigger minecraft experience.

Mods that have a large effect on the include: - Terralith for overworld terrain enhance - Better End for end content - Better Nether for nether content - Create and most of the compatible create addons - Fabric Seasons - Structure mods to modify %70+ of vanilla structures.

My hope is to take advantage of the massivly increased distance-render capabilities that Distant Horizons brings to Minecraft with: - Larger life-scale builds (hopefully made more accessible) - more earth like proportions, Minecraft oceans look like medium sized lakes when compared to Terra geography - make use of the larger terrain with elytras, ships, aircraft and vehicles (all block built of course)

Mac stuff - Make Mac touch bar show funtion keys when in minecraft using zulu jre: defaults write com.apple.touchbar.agent PresentationModePerApp -dict-add net.azul.zulu.java functionKeys (This is after installing the recommended Java version through the modrinth app.) - Make game mode work with modrinth: change the bundle identifier of the modrinth app to com.mojang.minecraftlauncher

Right now I am justifying the time spent on this project as somewhat practical dev experience. I don't have terribly great long term plans for this project. I would love to contribute to the Mincraft modding scene with what little I have.

I think I would like to try updating this project periodically as I come up with new ideas and more actively when I or others are using it. Discord is there for anyone that might find this project while unlisted and take interest.
