New ambient sounds, diversified footstep noises, and realistic audio physics make the game incredibly immersive. Caves have reverb, sounds coming from the other side of a wall are more muffled, etc.

Rain and snow particles are more varied, and some new weather-related particles are in here too! This includes dust storms in desert biomes, and subtle mist in moist biomes.
