Friendly Creeper

Makes the creeper neutral for 3 gunpowder. (Can be changed in the config). The creeper will walk and will not attack players.

Default config: ```yml item: GUNPOWDER # item that can be fed to creeper. Can be item name like "minecraft:gunpowder" quantity: 3 # quantity which you feed to the creeper to make it neutral ```
