Features

- Relocators can be placed on-top of containers and Gamemode 4 mechanical blocks - Chests and Droppers can be moved, but if the container contains a Shulker Box, it will not be moved - Gamemode 4 blocks are moved using a Relocator instead of breaking and re-creating them. - All data about the block is retained when moved using a Relocator
