Fixes Gravestones (by Geometrically) so they don't get destroyed by water or explosions and work with Trinkets

This mod makes small fixes to Gravestones by Geometrically. Namely:

- The gravestones are no longer destroyed by water - The gravestones are no longer explodable - The gravestones include items from Trinkets slots

Requires the original Gravestones mod.
