Shoots Ender Pearls from dispensers instead of simply dropping the item.
How to use: Place a Dragon Head on top of the dispenser, put Ender Pearls inside it, and activate it with redstone. The dispenser will launch the Ender Pearl normally.
Dragon Head -> Player who placed the head will own the pearl Player Head -> Player associated with the head will own the pearl
