Honey Slimes

Adds a new Honey Slime mob and crystallized honey. These slimes spawn in biomes defined by the `#wich:spawns_honey_slimes` tag [default `minecraft:flower_forest`]. When killed, honey slimes can drop honey clumps which can be crafted into a honey clump block or smelted into a crystallized honey brick. Honey clump blocks can be smelted into honey blocks. Crystallized honey bricks can be used to create brick blocks, stairs, slabs, walls, and a chiseled brick variant. Honey slimes are neutral, targeting poisoned entities and curing the poison effect after damaging their targets.
