Pehkui can be used for normal blocks to act like slabs but it's not required.. This took me way longer to make that I initially thought.. But I'm happy with how it turned out!

Inhuman Hands You are faster on foot and you run very fast on Ice! Inhuman Hands While attacking someone, you have to freeze them, slowing them down but giving them resistance. Inhuman Hands You are able to pick up Ice blocks without Silk Touch. Inhuman Hands You can eat Ice blocks, which grant you Speed and Haste. Inhuman Hands You have mastery over powdered snow. You only sink in it when you want too and take no freezing damage. Inhuman Hands Any armor set that uses Gold is too heavy for you to wear. Inhuman Hands When in hot biomes you become slower, weaker and are unable to hit mobs without tools. Inhuman Hands Fire is one of your major weaknesses. Inhuman Hands You are unable to use a shield due to your Icy hands.
