Changes the style of the hotbar and related textures to the style of the creative inventory, including the color change when the slot is selected

| COMPATIBILITY |

Incompatible with any resource pack editing the hotbar slots. Will not be consistent with any resource pack that changes the inventory style, such as dark UI packs
