Jirniy's Pink HUD

modifies most hud icons (such as hearts, hunger, armor, etc) to be more pink! (and some effect icons to accomodate them)

the following are changed:

- hotbar, experience and locator bars changed to a magenta-ish palette

- hearts (includes hardcore, absorption, effect and other type of heart textures), majority of which are pink or changed to a more pastel pallete

- air, changed to be heart-shaped

- hunger bar is replaced with amethyst shard (+ compatible with appleskin)

- armor, changed to be pink

- effect backgrounds, effect icons to accomodate the changed hud icons: hunger, saturation, water breathing, health boost, regeneration, instant health, instant damage
