Installation
1. Download the latest release from Releases 2. Place the `.jar` file in your `mods` folder (do the same on server side) 3. Launch Minecraft with Fabric

What You'll See
- Multiple regions displayed as colored polygons on the map - Multiple regions shown as unclaimed (gray) areas - Multiple regions without chunk grid lines - Multiple regions for disconnected faction lands
How It Works
JourneyFactions is a companion mod that:
1. Updates in real-time from server-side faction mods 2. Updates in real-time with proper hole detection 3. Updates in real-time using clean polygon rendering 4. Updates in real-time as territories change
Configuration
The mod works out of the box with no configuration needed. Just make sure the mod is also installed server-side.
