Version format

Take this for example: 63.0

63 is the latest supported Minecraft's resource pack version. You can view it by looking at 63

0 is the patch number where there is an update for the resource pack, but Minecraft's resource pack version doesn't change.

Usually, no matter the resource pack version, the minimum resource pack version will be 25w21a, equivalent to 25w21a, the version where the clouds texture was changed.
