Backports the 1.21 music to 1.20.2-6.

Background music plays the same as 1.21. See the wiki. The `+menu` version plays the songs on the main menu as well as in game.

Discs have a 50% of playing instead of the disc listed below.

This is reflected in the music disc's description.

The discs were selected by length (required due to this bug), then by matching redstone power signal (sourced from the wiki here)
