QUICK SUMMARY:

This modpack aims to make every progression stage feel like an achievement. Things such as tools, armor, recipes, etc. have been carefully tweaked to make Minecraft feel like a worthwhile experience, while also never going at the expense of any other important gameplay parts, such as building.

Many of Create's crafting stations have been integrated into vanilla items. But don't worry, automating stuff and building factories will remain optional in the case you do not really enjoy that type of gameplay as much.

My goal is to add new things and features for experienced players to explore, while trying to retain the vanilla feel. If you have any feedback, I'll be glad to hear it!

CURRENT FEATURES:

Custom Recipes & Progression

- Early game progression has been changed entirely. - Wood, Stone & Iron equipment recipes have all been tweaked, making them less easy to craft.

Origins Mod

- Custom origins you can choose from at the start of the game with unique abilities.

Serene Seasons Mod & Addons

- Changing seasons over time and snowier winters! ;P

Coldsweat Temperature Mod

- You feel warmer and colder in certain biomes, dimensions and situations. - Status effects depending on the severity of how high or low your body temperature is. - Summers, winters, etc. become more immersive.

Many Others

- Tool tier durability buffs to compensate for the changes to equipment & effort required to craft them. - Diamond equipment tweaks. - Netherite equipment tweaks. - Spartan Weaponry equipment tweaks. - Netherite+ tiers. - Accessories. - Bosses & boss materials. - Custom origins magic & ultimate abilities. - Simple Clouds Mod (currently conflicts with other mods). - Valkerien Skies Mod (currently conflicts with other mods).

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Marelyth is still in alpha. There may be errors, bugs and/or other issues. If you come across any, please report them to the Issue Tracker.

I will try my hardest to make this modpack as stable as possible.
