# **Welcome to ⚙Atmos⚙!**

**Atmos** – is a fast paced action Rougelike **made entirely in vanilla Minecraft**. It’s basically a separate game, inspired by Hades with some elements from ULTRAKILL.

Travel into various domains to fight numerous foes that are standing in your way. Collect relics, items, upgrades and fight dozen and dozens of enemies that are there to stop you!

– 130+ artifacts and collectable items
– 4 stages with unique enemies and mechanics
– 4 boss fights + 1 miniboss fight
– 5 difficulty levels

**Save system has been implemented!**
Starting from **1.0.3.1** and onwards, updating to a new version will keep your progress intact!

‼️If you want to retain your save file during transition to modpack (or in general) follow these steps‼️

– Go to your modpack instance and press the kebab button (three dots)
– Open modpack folder, and go to _saves/Atmos_
– Copy _data_ and _advancements_ folders to somewhere else (throw it onto the Desktop or something)
– Install a new patch, launch the map and quit to the main menu.
– Replace the _data_ and _advancements_ in _saves/Atmos_ of your Modpack to the ones you saved locally.
– Enjoy! This also works for when you want to transition to using Modrinth. Just copying those 2 folders will retain your save data and you can use it in any other version!

**On Install:** Some in-game settings must be changed for the best experience. This pack comes with FancyMenu preinstalled, so clicking on “Auto-Settings” would set the game up for you. ANY type of custom shaders are **NOT RECOMMENDED**, as they conflict with the vanilla core shaders, used to render a huge portion of the map and a lot of different mechanics. If something breaks because you enabled a custom shader – **it’s entirely on you**.

Atlatls

This mod adds Atlatls, which are ranged weapons that let you spam arrows like how you used to in Beta 1.7.

An _atlatl_ is an ancient piece of equipment which was used to launch darts, arrows and small spears by hand.

**Crafting:**


**Usage and Mechanics:**

-Right click to shoot arrows.

-The atlatl uses the attack cooldown meter of the player like melee weapons do. This means that using it in your offhand might have some weird side effects (that will get fixed eventually)

-Depending on how full the attack meter is, it determines the accuracy and distance travelled by your arrows. This means spamming it lets you shoot a lot of arrows at the cost of range and accuracy.

-Using the atlatl drains hunger.

-Sprinting will cause the user to shoot a crit arrow, but drains a lot of hunger and as well as reseting your sprint.

-Do note that the damage of the atlatl, is a lot lower than both bows and crossbows to accomodate for the fact that it is spammable and does not slow you down.

**Enchanting:**

-Atlatls can receive both bow and crossbow enchantments.

### This mod add weapons, armor, ores, blocks and items from the Aquaman movie universe, you can have the powers of Atlantis when explore the oceans.


### This is King Atlan’s throne where King Atlan’s corpse is located, you will have a small chance of finding it in the deep ocean biome.


### If you click on King Atlan’s corpse with the left button, you will possess his powerful armor and his trident, you can craft royal version with the armor.


### With gold, atlantean steel and heart of the sea you can craft the Atlantean Amulet, it even gives powers such as breathing underwater, resistance, jump boost, night vision, strength, resistance to fall damage and fast swimming.
