3D Rare Items

Gives many of the more "rare" Minecraft items 3D models to give them that special touch.

New models for: - All Music Discs - All Banner Patterns - All Smithing Templates - All Pottery Sherds - Both Trial Keys - Mace - Trident - Bows and Crossbows - Totem of Undying - Fishing Rod - Shulker Shells - Skulls, Heads, Compasses, and Clocks are rotated in hand to show their faces.

Possibly Planned: - Goat Horns - Sugarcane & Bamboo? - Armor Stands? - ?????

Note: Optifine or similar mod for emissive textures are not required, but recommended.
