A Roving Journey To Tellus

Welcome to your new journey!
Step into an Overworld populated with five new custom biomes and discover ruined portals leading to the Forgotten Dimension and to a new ore and tool/weapon tier, Platinum. Find two new ores in the Overworld—Calescent and Frigid ores—which allow you to create special gems with many different utilities, including boosts to the mod’s new weapon class, the Claymore!
QoL Changes:
- Craftable Netherite upgrades, saddles and name tags - Added a string recipe, 1 wool grants 4 string - Added a Heavy Core recipe, using 1 Fiery Gem, 4 Platinum Blocks and 4 Honeycombs - Changed Lead and Lodestone recipes to match current Minecraft updates
New Biomes:
- Overgrown Stone Hills: A stony landscape of short trees and permafrost - Stone Forest: A land where stony pillars protrude from the ground - Cherry Springs: Tidal pools encased in clay, covered by cherry trees and petals - Lush Forest: Lush Caves breached up to the surface - Pampas: A mix of the Savanna’s aesthetic with the Plains’ weather
Four new wood types:
- Ginkgo: Found in Stone Forests - Willow: Found in Overgrown Stone Hills, Stone Forests and Pampas, as well as in the Forgotten Dimension. Grows into small and large variants - Tala: Found in Pampas - Burnt: Found exclusively in the Forgotten Dimension, cannot be replanted
New ores:
- Calescent: Can be used as fuel or to create Fiery Gems to grant Claymores Scorch DoT damage - Frigid: Can be used to create Glacial Gems to grant Claymores Freeze DoT damage - Platinum: Found only in the Forgotten Dimension, grants access to a whole new tier of tools, weapons and armor, as well as Platinum Apples and Carrots
New armor types:
- Platinum: A sidegrade to Netherite gear, has more durability but no knockback resistance. Gives Golden gear’s piglin neutrality effects. Platinum gear is upgraded from Golden gear utilizing a craftable Template - Insulated: An upgrade to Platinum gear, extinguishes players on fire and doesn’t let players freeze if encased in powdered snow - Invisible armors: Both Netherite and Insulated armors can be made invisible with the help of an Invisible Gem. Armor trims will be visible on the armors, so they’ll appear to be on top of the player skin instead
Masks:
With the help of an Arcanist Table, you’ll be able to craft five different masks, each granting the wearer different effects while worn: - Mask of Fortune: Gives Luck II and Health Boost II - Mask of Haste: Gives Haste II - Mask of Resistance: Gives Resistance II and Fire Resistance II - Mask of Strength: Gives Strength II - Mask of the Sea Lord: Gives Water Breathing and Dolphin’s Grace II
Claymores:
All claymores give Resistance to the wielder while on the main hand. Except for Golden Claymores, all have a reduced attack speed in favor of increased damage. Moreover, all of them can be upgraded into a fiery or icy variant with Fiery or Glacial gems on a Smithing Table, alongside Calescent or Frigid material. Moreover, Platinum variants can be upgraded with a Nether Star into Glacial or Scalding Blades - Golden: Gives 20 ticks of Slowness II and 20 ticks of Wither - Diamond: Gives 20 ticks of Slowness II - Netherite: Gives 60 ticks of Slowness II - Platinum: Gives 60 ticks of Slowness II and heals 1.5 hearts to the wielder - Glacial and Scalding: Gives 60 ticks of Slowness II and 0.5 points of exhaustion
Forgotten Dimension:
Inside this dimension, players can find abandoned huts, outposts, various ruins and a special dungeon known as a Crypt, which can be found with Eyes of Ender, much like a Stronghold, and holds various rooms filled with treasure before reaching the Hall where the Forlorn Knight keeps watch. Defeat the Knight to get the Forlorn Blade, a treasure claymore. The Crypt is the only place where you can find the Time Forwarder, the Time Stopper and the Weather Fluctuator, special treasures with limited uses.
The Dimension is divided into four biomes: - Forgotten Caves: The main biome of the dimension, which comprises of burnt and willow trees. Most miner huts can be found here - Scorched Caves: A desert of dried mud and bone. You can find towers, ruins and ziggurats here - Enderfested Caves: A corrupted version of the Forgotten Caves. End structures have somehow appeared here, including End cities - Forgotten Seas: The stony shores give way to blue foggy seas. Phantoms can spawn alongside the castaway ships
You can find all Overworld ores here, plus Platinum and Quartz ores. Ender Flowers spawn in this dimension and in the End, allowing the player to farm Ender Pearls in crop form!
There are also two new music discs with custom music made by me—Keeper of the Crypt, the music playing in the Forgotten Dimension, and Keeper of the Crypt.

Planned future features:
- A new biome for the Forgotten Dimension, alongside a new dungeon similar to the Crypt - Fully custom villages for Overworld biomes - A new, peaceful dimension where players can settle at the end of their adventures - A second weapon class
