Full backport of new textures for AE2 from 1.21 to 1.12.

It's just a port. All original rights belong to the original AE2 developers.

And also, for the black theme, this is the AE2 Blackout port.

I plan to update this set in the future and add new interesting features to it, here are some of them.

Note: Due to the features of version 1.12 and the old version of AE2, there are some unrecoverable bugs that are unlikely to be fixed in the future. I will try to do something about them, and I will be glad to anyone who wants to help, for now I can only provide a list of known problems.
