Admin Commands: * `/cc admin reload` - Safely reloads the config and messages files. * *Permission:* `aliien.chatcolor.admin.reload` (Base permission: `aliien.chatcolor.admin`)

Other Permissions: * `aliien.chatcolor.version-notify` - Receive in-game notifications when a new plugin update is released.
