Arrows Into Bullets

Changes the Arrow, Tipped Arrow, and Spectre Arrow to look like bullets. Meant to be used with item sprites. If you don't use it, then you'll end up with a item sprites that uses bullets as ammunition that turn into arrows. item sprites resourcepack only changes the item sprites.
