Arsonist Tweaked

What?

Changes the arsonist armor set to fit in more with the vanilla ones. Changes both the model and the item textures.

Why?

Was originally made because my friends and I thought it looked a bit weird and didn't really fit as the default armor.

When?

Was originally made for the 0.7.4.2.1 version of the mod but I think It should work fine on other versions.
