its just a mod that removes the stutters that come whenever you chat or a msg comes in chat on server and is server side only. this mod modifies the minecraft msg handling system ,it removes the msg render off of main thread and adds it as a background thread. I KNOW MOJANG WILL NEVER FIX IT.
