real-time distance to nearby structures is a small client-side Fabric mod that makes your in-game maps smarter. It shows real-time distance to nearby structures right on the map — so you’ll always know how far you are from that Woodland Mansion or Ocean Monument!

⚙️ Customizable Settings

* Toggle distance labels on or off anytime * Automatically saves your preferences in `config/better_map.json`

1. Explore your world and find structures 2. Open a map in your hand 3. Distance labels appear below structure icons automatically 4. You can toggle the feature anytime via Mod Menu

Requirements

⚙️ Configuration

Open Mod Menu → Better Map to adjust:

* Show Distance Labels: toggle the overlay on or off * All settings save automatically
