Better With Time: Dormant Soulforge

This adds the Dormant Soulforge from Better Than Wolves to Better With Time.

The Dormant Soulforge spawn in the lava rooms in Nether Fortresses.

It can be made into a Soulforge with Netherite Ingots and a Nether Star.

This makes the Better With Time gameplay more accurate to Better Than Wolves and I though it was a fun thing to add!
