Bit Tweaks

A somewhat lightweight plugin that changes some mechanics and fixes some issues on b1.7.3. Everything is configurable!

Available tweaks:

1. Fix Slime Split `fixSlimeSplit` 1. Disable sleeping (Also won't set spawnpoint) `disableSleeping` 1. Fix pig saddles not dropping `fixPigSaddle` 1. Disable Pigmen from dropping cooked porkchop `disablePigZombieDrops` 1. Make gold pickaxes act like they have Silk Touch `silkyGoldenPickaxe` 1. Make bone meal be used on sheep or sugar cane `bonemealOnSheep` & `canBonemealSugarcane` 1. Restore Alpha's TNT `alphaTNT` 1. Fix MLGs `fixWaterFallDmg` & `fixCobwebFallDmg`
