Can I Have A Cigarette?

New Items:

- Cigarette, can be consumed. Gives an effect that makes the player unable to walk for a 20 seconds. It also lowers attack speed. - Crack Cigarette, can be consumed. Gives the player a speed + jump boost and significantly raises attack speed for a minute and a half. - Roach, will be added to the player's inventory after consuming a cigarette. Four of them can be used to craft one cigarette. There is no variant for the crack cigarette.
