Carpet ROF Addition

ROF Carpet Addition is an extension for Carpet that focuses on reducing lag in technical Minecraft servers without breaking normal gameplay, while adding some quality-of-life features.

This mod follows the Carpet style: features are implemented as gamerules that can be enabled, disabled, or tuned individually. Under the default configuration, vanilla behavior is not changed.

Main features include:

- Ender pearl cannon optimizations: aggressive TNT merging, more stable pearl chunk loading, and optimized raycast (Assuming naturally generated blocks’ height stays under a threshold). With all optimizations enabled, average MSPT from pearl launch to landing is reduced by 80%–95%; for very large cannons (>5000 TNT), lag can drop by two orders of magnitude.

- Intelligent packet limiting: restricts packet sending from specific entities in certain areas without affecting normal survival, reducing network and client lag. Used for large-scale sand duplicators and mob farms.

- More detailed permission control: By directly modifying the vanilla command tree, achieve finer-grained permission control, for example, being able to control permissions for subcommands of a command.

- Other small utilities are also included.
