CartLoader

Loads chunks as minecarts move on rails, even if not ridden by a player, and works across dimensions without players present. Made for semi-automated and relatively fast item transportation by sending Minecarts with Chests through the Nether. Note that this makes it trivial to build chunk loaders just with minecarts.

Should work on most versions of the game, but it's only been tested on the ones marked for each version of the mod.
