This resource pack centers the eye of ender and ender pearl inside of GUIs and when thrown/dropped.
If you will be triangulating the stronghold with this pack then you should be looking directly into the center of the eye rather than the left side of the center pixels.
This pack may work for versions below 1.14 but I have not tested any older versions so I just kept it marked as 1.14 - 1.21.
