ChatRelay
A plugin that relays the last chat messages to a player when they join. You can change the limit, delay, format, and the messages! ;) The messages are logged in the plugin's folder (when the server stops).
Commands

API (for Developers)
You can add/remove conditions for what can be logged and also add/remove logged messages. Use the plugin's jar as file dependency.
