CIIF - Craftable Invisible Item Frames

<h3><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>Features</strong></span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">- The invisible item frames are <strong>visible as long as there is no item in them</strong> to prevent users from losing them</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">- As soon as an item is placed inside of them they turn invisible</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">- The item frames have a lore and enchantment glint to distinguish them from normal item frames</span></p>
