Configurable Splash Texts

Provides a config file for modifying the in-game splash texts.

This mod is fully compatible with resource packs that change splash texts.

This mod allows you to:

- Add new splash texts

- Remove specific splash texts

- Change splash text color

- Remove all vanilla splash texts  

This mod may be useful for modpacks that want to modify splash texts without overriding the splash file with a resourcepack.
