Day Vote Plugin

Allows instant in an instant (Multi-World Support) to vote for the instant to instant in an instant without waiting or depending on everybody sleeping in a bed!

`/voteday` - Starts/Casts a day-vote.

For Ops:

`/cancelvote` - Cancels the current vote in a world.

`/canceldayvotetimeout` - Removes the current timeout in a world before a new day-vote can be started.
